The Greatest Beauty Tips ~
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his / her hands through it once a day.
People, more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed, never throw out anyone.
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."-

I truly believe that how we look at birth is determined by things out of our control. As we grow and mature, however, decisions we make about how we live their lives, what we are exposed to, choices we make about nutrition & body care, and the type of trials we endure on earth shape how we look.
When you really think about it, when you get to truly know a person, what they actually look like on the outside becomes unimportant. What you are really see is their soul ... what makes them who they are ... what makes them 'tick'.
If we want to be truly beautiful, we must nurture our body in healthful ways, and most importantly, take care to feed & care for our soul. To know the Lord Jesus, to walk in His ways, to take in only the type of things that are good for our thinking and emotional health, to dwell on the better, happier things, to know peace, to be kind & gentle, to do good for others ... these are the attributes that make one's beauty shine from the inside out!
